Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological study on the problem of human resources management in the organization. Social management technologies should stimulate the improvement of the qualitative level of the human resources of the organization. The author structures the factors that transform the social technologies of human resources management of the organization, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of management technologies. The analysis of the results of the expert survey made it possible to propose a system for improving social technologies in the organization through social response, social responsibility and social obligations.
