The purpose of the article is to consider the temporality of the experience of social space by low-mobility cohorts. Various social ideas about space, understanding of the accessible environment, not only in the aspect of physical mobility, are considered. The specificity of temporality is considered and the meaning of communication in space is structured. It is noted that the organization of social space is intuitively felt by people as a system of various social and intercultural relations. The experience of social space is realized by low-mobility cohorts on the basis of Bohr's complementarity, in which there is an expediency of replacing formal relations with real deeds. The discussed problems of inclusion are rational and are accompanied by a discourse of civic and civilized state. The authors note that the formation of barrier-free access to all spheres of public life is impossible without the participation of all social and political structures, as well as without the special activity of every citizen.Downloads
