PECULIARITIES OF PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF YOUTH POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL (ON THE EXAMPLE OF SARATOV REGION)

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of personal support for the implementation of regional youth policy. The need for targeted training in the field of youth policy is explained, which should include work with applicants, the formation of professional identity of students in specialized areas of training, the interaction of universities and infrastructure institutions of youth policy in the region. The empirical base of the article is an array of data obtained from the 2019 survey. In the study, the questionnaire method was applied (region sample, 423 people). As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, a number of conditions are identified that affect the effectiveness of youth policy in the region, the key of which is the formation of human resources. A number of professional and personal qualities necessary for effective work with youth are recorded. As a result, the need is substantiated for the perception of youth not only as an object, but also as a subject of youth policy, including in the process of selecting personnel for regional youth policy infrastructure institutions.
