PROBLEMS OF USING POLITICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESOURCES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF URBAN AGROMERATIONS: CURRENT STATE OF RESEARCH

Abstract

He purpose of the article is to consider the basic conceptual approaches to the analysis of the public administration of urban agglomerations that have developed in interdisciplinary research at the present stage. The object of research is the problem of using political and administrative resources in their management processes. The study has a review character and is based on the study of a large array of scientific literature and regulatory documents. The main directions of research in this area and existing research issues are highlighted. The author substantiates the possibilities of using political and administrative resources in public administration practices, the need to develop existing theoretical constructs and analytical tools.
