REGIONAL PECULIARITIES OF ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOR OF MOTOR INSURANCE PARTICIPANTS

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the processes of antisocial behavior of auto insurance participants as a segment of the insurance service market, examining fraud with MTPL policies that provoke social risks and consequently threaten social stability. The subject of research in this article is the specifics of the functioning of fraudulent schemes in the segment of auto insurance in the insurance services market. The object of the study were managerial and social processes, systems of social functions, which allow us to talk about the segment of auto insurance as a significant social subsystem of society. The author reviewed the cumulative signs of the auto insurance market in the social reality. During the analysis, groups of regions characterized by a number of cumulative signs of antisocial behavior are singled out, among which it is proposed to single out the level of fraud as the degree of “social toxicity of regional groups” of the auto insurance market. The reasons for the emergence of "social toxic regions" are due to the peculiarities of mental behavior, traditions, customs and interaction culture, and the reasons for the antisocial behavior of car insurance participants are the level of profitability from falsification of MTPL policies that have passed through their critical boundaries in 2014-2017. The results of the study can be used in the development of rehabilitation mechanisms and reduce social risks in the segment of auto insurance of the insurance services market. The necessity of the development of social interaction between market participants and the formation of culture based on compliance with the Code of Ethics by employees of insurance services is substantiated.
