Abstract

The purpose of the article is to examine the current level of investment processes in the national bond market. The stock market is both the most important supplier of financial resources for the development of business and society, as well as a promising direction for investing temporarily free funds of enterprises and the public. The level of development of the Russian securities market does not allow to fully realize the potential of bond borrowing as a source of financial resources for business and government. Based on the analysis of the current state of the market of government, subfederal, municipal and corporate bonds and factors affecting it, insufficient use of bonded bonds is shown borrowing to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurial activity in the regions of the Central Federal District (CFD). The opportunity and the need to enhance the role of issued debt securities in the financing of budget deficits and the implementation of targeted programs, business process development are substantiated. Recommendations for increasing the investment attractiveness of bonds and activating the population in the national stock market are offered.
