IMPROVEMENT OF MOTIVATION OF SERVICE AND LABOR ACTIVITY SERVICEMEN OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

In modern conditions, new paramilitary structures of Russia are being formed, a deep structural reform of the military organization of the Russian national guard is under way. The social formations of this organizational structure, on the one hand, are integrated with the external social environment, on the other hand, the formation of a new system of motivation of service and work activities of professional soldiers is carried out. The sociological assessment of the processes of motivation of service and work activity of the Russian National Guard servicemen and formation of the mechanisms of its renewal and modernization is necessary. The purpose of the scientific article : on the basis of the analysis of the empirical evaluation of the motivation of the servicemen of the National Guard, to develop ways to improve it. Results : the analysis of the sociological survey of military servicemen of the National Guard was carried out, the motivational priorities of the actors were examined, the shortcomings of the current motivation system for the servicemen's labor activity were revealed, and the changes aimed at overcoming the revealed contradictions were substantiated. Conclusions : in modern conditions it is necessary to form an integrated system of motivating the servicemen's labor activity. This presupposes the need to introduce a federal social and economic project aimed at solving several interrelated tasks: 1) modernization of the material system of motivation for work and labor activity (providing an adaptive mechanism for maintaining and inflationary correction of the basic wage level as of 2012); 2) formation of organizational conditions for improving motivation for work; 3) creation of a system of non material factors of motivation for labor activity (formation of non material mechanisms of encouraging service and labor activity of servicemen).
