ASSESSMENT OF CURRENT POSITION AND BUSINESS EXPECTATIONS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS

Abstract

The current analysis of the situation in agriculture is based on optimistic forecasts and is subject to critical evaluation. The purpose of the article is to assess the current state of the agricultural sector, to monitor the impact of general economic trends and factors on the state and efficiency of agricultural production, to identify favorable and unfavorable expectations of commodity producers when the overall macroeconomic situation changes. Conclusions are confirmed by monitoring the situation of authoritative institutions and think tanks, as well as with official statistics. The current state, trends and prospects for the development of production, shipping and sales of agricultural products are explored. The degree of dependence of the results of production, sales and profitability on the influence of internal and external factors is revealed. As internal factors are considered the technical equipment of production, staffing, costs per unit of production. External factors are the investment attractiveness of the industry and inflationary policy. In conclusion, it was concluded that agriculture demonstrates an increase in the rate of production and sales of products. At the same time, a steady increase in the profitability of production is not expected.
