Abstract

Modern business can not be imagined without loan sources of financing its activities. The level of technology development, the need to introduce innovative projects, upgrade equipment, expand sales markets necessitate significant funds on a mediumand long-term basis. In this context, the article analyzes the current state of the Russian corporate bond market in terms of key elements of the investment process: issuers, investors, infrastructure. The problems that deter issuer activity in the entrepreneurial segment of the real sector of the country's economy are identified, the reasons for weak penetration of individuals into the bond market are substantiated,The problems that deter issuing activity in the entrepreneurial segment of the real sector of the country's economy are identified, the reasons for weak penetration of individuals into the bond market are substantiated, and the adequacy of the development of infrastructure to the needs of the stock market is established.
