YOUTH BUSINESS IN SYSTEM OF PRIORITIES OF STATE YOUTH POLICY: STATE AND SUPPORT MECHANISMS

Abstract

n the article modern mechanisms of state regulation of youth business in Russia are analyzed. The factors constraining development of youth innovative potential in modern conditions of the market are systematized. Development of small business is promoted by measures of the state support: improvement of standard and legal base, decrease in administrative barriers, real increase in the amounts of financing. The author stops on the program and target mechanism of the state support of youth business at the federal and regional levels. The paramount tasks facing the state bodies designed to keep development of youth business in Russia are revealed.
