DUTIES OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MECHANISM OF ENSURING THE STATE TRANSFORMATIONS OF MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article analyzes legislation that fixes the duties of state civil servants. The authors pay attention to the quality of the state system created in the country, noting the interest of Russian scientists, statesmen, managers to the institution of the state civil service, which ensures stable and evolutionary development of society. In authors' opinion, anti-corruption obligations set out in the legislation, restrictions and prohibitions are an integrated means of preventing and suppressing corruption in state authorities and management, which, in the case of full implementation and compliance, minimizes the level of corruption in public service system, which in turn will ensure the state transformations of modern Russia, as well as the rights and legal interests of legal entities and individuals interacting with the authorities.
