HUMAN FACTOR IN THE SYSTEM OF STATE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The article discusses the role of the human factor in the formation of an effective system for managing the country's economic development. It is shown that, like all open systems, economic systems of any kind are capable of self-organization and self-development; therefore, it is proposed to consider the processes of the economy through the prism of synergetic mechanisms. We propose conditions conducive to a qualitative change in monetary policy, and a synergetic model is presented that reflects the dynamics of possible scenarios for the development of economic processes.
