NON-RECOGNIZED STATES: "DISPUTED STATUS" AS A CHALLENGE TO THE WORLD SECURITY AT THE MOMENT OF GLOBAL CHANGE OF PARADIGM OF WORLD ORDER

Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of the growth of the importance of non-recognized states in the conditions of global changing world order paradigm in terms of international security. On the basis of system analysis, the author shows an increase in the destabilizing role of non-recognized states, which act simultaneously as subjects and objects of international relations. The article aims to solve the problem of determining the conditions that are pushing the world community to the need of developing options for neutralizing the problem of non-recognized states.
