MANAGEMENT TRENDS OF SOCIAL AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The concept of management of the organization of social and innovative development in the new reality is presented. Based on sociological research, such as expert opinion poll «Management of innovative development of social organization» (conducted by the author in 2016) and the expert opinion poll «Evaluation of citizens' trust in civil servants» (conducted by the scientists of the Department of organizational design of management systems of RANEPA with the participation of the author in 2015), the author reveals dominant, growing and alternative trends of organization management, with an uncertain trend of vector development. Thus the author defines a new significant opportunities of management sociology in the discourse of searching for an adequate response to call management of the future of Russia.
