Abstract

The article deals with the problem of national sovereignty of Scotland in the light of the question of overcoming the political and legal competition regulations governing sustainable management of natural resources. The authors pay special attention to the management of oil and gas production and development of marine resources in Scotland, as management in these industries use natural resources clearly shows the complex interactions between different levels of constitutional regulation.
