NATIONAL DREAM AS AN INDICATOR AND AN INSTRUMENT FOR SHAPING THE POLITICAL REALITY

Abstract

Nations, as well as individuals, have a tendency to dream. National dream moves society forward and it did not allow him to forget the past. In contrast to the existing in many countries national development programs in different areas, national strategies and doctrines, formulating the development goals, national dream determines the happiness of states and societies. National happiness index in recent years has become a criterion for effective internal and external policies. Complexity of integration of this indicator in the ranking of states due to fluctuation of the terms of national happiness, which in addition to the dreams are as delicate matter of sociology imagination, as faith, hope, despair, wonder, fairy tale, etc. No less difficulty lies in the fact that the national dream as an indicator and an instrument for shaping the political reality is manifested in different countries in different models: the national idea, a dream-free competition, dream-election project, etc. All this makes it difficult not only to use this experience in the formulation of the national dream, but the global dream, dream of Mankind.
