TARGET INDICATORS OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH PROJECT IN DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REGIONAL HEALTHCAR

Abstract

The relevance of the chosen topic is that at present there is no single mechanism for determining the effectiveness of regional health care. In this regard, there is a need to create a methodology for determining the effectiveness of health care at the regional level. The article provides a classification of health care performance for several indicators. The priority purposes of improving the effectiveness of regional health as the main source of improving the quality of life and the health status of the population are identified. The purpose of the article is to determine the effectiveness of healthcare in the regions of the Central Federal District. Belgorod, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kursk and Orel regions were selected and analyzed as an object of study. The scientific novelty of the study: the definition of the main criteria for the effectiveness of health care - economic, social and medical. The integration of the main target indicators of the National Healthcare-2019 project and the criteria for the effectiveness of healthcare was carried out. The regions of the Central Federal District are analyzed taking into account the implementation of the targets of the National Healthcare project. A ranking assessment of the effectiveness of regional healthcare was developed according to the studied target indicators of the National Healthcare project. The sources for obtaining the data were official passports of regional projects of the Belgorod, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kursk and Orel regions. Results: determination of the health care efficiency of the regions of the Central Federal District through the analysis of the target indicators of the National Healthcare project, reflecting the characteristics of economic, social and medical effectiveness.
