PREDICTION OF TEACHERS' BEHAVIOR UNDER CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM BASED ON DISPOSITIONAL CONCEPT OF PERSONALITY BY V.A. YADOV

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to consider the possibility of predicting the real behavior of teachers on the basis of the dispositional concept of the personality by V.A. Yadov. The process of modernization of general education is currently associated with the implementation of the professional standard of the teacher and the national system of teacher growth. In this regard, the question of the reaction of teachers of educational institutions to the proposed tools becomes relevant. Research methodology: the assessment of the state of the general education system in the conditions of permanent modernization based on the dispositional concept of personality of V.A. Yadov, the motivational concept of F. Herzberg, methods of assessing the values of M. Rokich. In 2016 2017, at the request of the regional trade union committee, a survey was conducted with young specialists from educational institutions of the Orel region (263 respondents). The purpose of the survey was to identify changes in the system of values of teachers that take place against the background of permanent modernization of the education system and are important in choosing professional activities. As a result of the work, a violation of the hierarchical structure of dispositions under stress was noted. In these circumstances, lower-level attitudes can become of great importance in the formation of value guidelines and life strategies. As a result, there is a threat to the stability of social relations existing in the teaching staff and dysfunctional disorders of the educational organization associated with the inability to fulfill the requirements of the standards. The article proposes a typology of teachers depending on the predicted behavior and gives recommendations to managers on maintaining the stability of the organization's social body in the context of introducing a teacher's professional standard and the concept of a national teacher growth system.
