Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify the main aspects that optimize the system of retraining and advanced training of state and municipal employees in order to improve the state personnel policy of the Republic of India. The group of authors systematically analyzes the structure and functional orientation of the authorities of the Republic of India. The method of foresight analysis in the framework of foreign internships and visits to the Indian Institute of Public Service was conducted a study aimed at studying the system of government of India. The result of the work was the identification of the underlying factors that make up the functional system for improving the state personnel policy in the field of additional professional education of representatives of government structures. The presented article has practical value, which consists in the possibility of adapting the studied aspects and their point introduction into the system of additional professional education for state and municipal employees of modern Russia. The study may be interesting for representatives of government agencies, as well as experts in the field of state and municipal government.
