VALUES OF THE PROJECT JOINT ACTIVITY OF MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES IN THE PROCESS OF IMPROVING THE QUALIFICATION

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of modern problems and requirements for the training of state and municipal employees, summarizes the experience of project training in the Kaluga branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The purpose of the article is determined by the need to find new training practices that provide opportunities for its intensification and efficiency. The subject of the research is the issues of project training for adults, as well as training of state and municipal employees. The article presents the results of psychological diagnostics of municipal employees, provides an assessment of personal competencies. The results of the study contain the findings of the implementation of an integrated model of professional and personal development of state and municipal employees, and can also be used in the formation of a system of training of state and municipal employees in the regions of the Russian Federation.
