ON THE ORIGINS OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF RUSSIA FROM THE POSITION OF METAPHYSICAL METHODOLOGY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reveal the origins of development strategy of Russia until 2050 from the standpoint of metaphysical methodology on the basis of the results of the third scientific and technological revolution and to identify trends in the development of sociology of management in the 21st century. It is established that the transition of the social and technical world into a new social-technological formation has become a reality. In this regard, the external and internal determinants of the crisis of the world phenomenological science are clearly manifested. The development of a promising strategy for the development of Russia until 2050 is seen by the author in the light of the metaphysical methodology and integral approaches. The methodological basis of the research was the metaphysical method of cognition. The author determined that the processes of transformation of the social and technical world, as well as the technological structure in the socio-technological education essentially set the focus of the Russian Development Strategy. The area of application of the results is the sphere of strategic planning of national development.
