EFFICIENCY OF BUDGETARY FINANCING OF REPRODUCTION OF MAIN CAPITAL IN AGRICULTURE OF THE REGION

Abstract

The purpose of the research: analysis of the current state of the fixed capital of the agrarian sector of the region, the volume and structure of state support for the process of its reproduction and the development of recommendations for assessing the efficiency of allocated budget financing for these purposes. The research methodology is the analysis of the fixed capital of the agrarian sector of the region (using the example of the Orel region), the volume and efficiency of state support for the process of its reproduction. Some proposals for improving the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the use of budget financing in the agrarian sector in terms of its adaptation to determine the effectiveness of public funding for the reproduction of fixed capital in the agrarian sector are presented. The author concludes that along with obtaining the effect of budget support for the reproduction of fixed capital, agrarian organizations should identify existing domestic reserves, improve the management system and inter-sectoral relations to generate sufficient funds for renewing their resource potential. The results of the study can be used as an increase in the efficiency of using budget financing for the reproduction of fixed capital in the agrarian sphere, which makes it possible to determine the effectiveness of government measures aimed at updating the material and production base.
