The purpose of the article is considering the key vectors of development of institutional mechanisms for countering international transboundary transnational crime (ITTC). Particular attention is paid to certain processes taking place in Russia. Three directions for overcoming the risks of international crime the political, legal and practical activities of the institutions being created are analyzed. Some suggestions are highlighted to improve the effectiveness of measures to counter international transboundary transnational crime and the author's vision of a policy to combat criminal manifestations is formulated, based on an integrated approach to the need to coordinate the efforts of state institutions with civil society. Among the factors for countering the MTTP: the constant interaction of state and public institutions; as well as an increase in tools for accumulating and receiving warning information about impending and previously committed crimes, and also justifying the need to create an Expert Advisory Council at law enforcement agencies. The results of the study can be used in the formation of a comprehensive system to counter international transborder transnational crime.Downloads
