EXPERIENCE OF INTRODUCTION OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENTS

Abstract

The article shows the experience of introducing information technologies in various countries of the world, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, and Estonia, which today is the undisputed world leader in the introduction of electronic services in the system of state and municipal management. The possibility of its implementation in Russia is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the actual problem to date the creation of electronic government. A special place in the article is the experience of Moscow government, which in 2014 launched the mobile application "Active citizen". As a result of the study, the possibilities of using information technologies in the activities of regional administrations with the aim of improving interaction with the population of the territories are considered.
