MODIFICATION OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS METHODS IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIGITAL MODERNIZATION OF AGRICULTURE STRATEGY

Abstract

The subject of the study is an analysis of factors affecting the digitalization of domestic agriculture. The purpose of the article is to assess the factors that influence the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture, differentiated into macro-level and micro-level ones within the framework of the proposed PESTLE-analysis. The author justifies that the measures to achieve the strategy of digital modernization of agriculture (road map) require the formation of a coherent concept of strategic changes, using, among other things, the proposed toolkit. Proposals are made on a complex of strategic measures affecting the leveling of the negative impact of factors on the digital modernization of agriculture. The results of the scientific article can be used by regional and federal authorities when developing road maps for the development of agriculture based on digital tools.
