SOCIAL MECHANISMS FOR DESIGNING THE IMAGE OF THE "MOTHERLAND" FOR YOUTH

The article deals with the problems of designing the image of the motherland of modern youth. Social realities show that today, thanks to the enormous influence of various institutions on the socialization of the younger generation, the question is especially acute which social mechanisms are the most significant and determining in the construction of collective and individual representations of the image of the motherland. Patriotic education, singled out as a priority in the implementation of state youth policy, today needs not only declarative slogans, but also in the real mechanisms for achieving it. In this aspect, an important role is played by questions of designing the image of the homeland. The constructivist paradigm, which was the basis for the study, allowed the author to identify not only the main social institutions actively involved in the process of designing the image of the homeland, but also to reveal the social mechanisms of this process.The main conclusions presented in the article are formed on the basis of the results of sociological research conducted both with the direct participation of the author and all-Russian sociological centers and organizations. The substantiated conclusions and provisions presented in the article revealed problem points in the process of designing the image of the homeland. On the basis of the obtained empirical results, the author developed the main recommendations for the development of social mechanisms for the formation of the motherland.Downloads
