DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON THE BASIS OF INTER-MUNICIPAL COOPERATION WITH APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGIES OF DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article reveals the need to increase attention to the provision of intermunicipal cooperation processes, the classification of the mechanisms used for this purpose is proposed, and their interaction is shown. The authors identified organizational problems related to the implementation of inter-municipal cooperation. The recommendations on the use of modern information technologies for securing intermunicipal cooperation for the development of entrepreneurial activities are substantiated, allowing to use the synergy effect from the joint use of resources belonging to public authorities and business entities, to expand the circle of participants in the development of effective projects, to increase the level of trust between them, on the adoption and implementation of management decisions.
