Abstract

The article highlights that in the context of the crisis of foreign policy in the United States of America (the emergence of signs of isolationism) and the European Union (Brexit and the problem of migrants), there is a tendency of the emerging role of countries such as Russia and Iran in the economic and political strategy of China. However, there are significant problems in the implementation of Chinese projects in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The competition between Russia and Iran is not a determining factor: both strategic directions complement each other and strengthen the strategic partnership of China, Russia and Iran. The purpose of the article is opening up perspectives for economic and political interactions between Russia, China and Iran under the strategy of the Silk Road in the context of the establishment of a single economic space of Eurasia. The author concluded that non-Western globalization, that is, the development of international integration without the US predominance in the implementation of the Silk Road strategy, contributes to both the institutionalization of political processes in the countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America, and the establishment of a sound climate of real peaceful coexistence without the domination of hegemonic actors.
