Abstract

In the conditions of the digital economy development, it is necessary to use modern information and telecommunication technologies to carry out state activities, provide public services and build effective relations between the state and society in the public administration system. The tools that the digital economy offers, can fully meet the needs of the population. Digital technologies not only simplify the life of the country's population, but also fundamentally change the nature of the relationship between government and society, government and citizen. The article highlights the distinctive features of the public administration system, the main trends and directions of its development in the conditions of the development of the digital economy. The main attention is paid to the interaction of society and state through the mechanism of electronic public services using information and telecommunication technologies, as well as the problems that exist today in this area.
