SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT IN THE VIEWS OF GRADUATES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION (ON THE RESULTS OF SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH)

Abstract

n the article the problem of employment of graduates of educational institutions of higher education is considered, which today is not only a problem of graduates, but also of students and their parents; of employers; state; and educational institutions. The results of studies conducted at the Volga Stolypin Institute of Management named after P.A. Stolypin, a branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, are presented. The opinions of graduates and employers on the qualities necessary for a young specialist, about the specifics of employment are analyzed. The preferences of graduates in the field of employment and the attitude of students to employment in the period of training and after receiving a diploma are structured.
