Abstract

The problem of the development of entrepreneurial activity in different regions is very acute and plays one of the main roles in the Russian economy. Entrepreneurship is one of the most important categories of economic science. It is the entrepreneur who is the main actor in the market economy. There are many problems associated with the development of entrepreneurship, but one of the key is the problem of investment. This article examines the prospects for the development of entrepreneurial activities in the Orel region from the perspective of the investment problem. A comprehensive study of methods and prospects for the development of entrepreneurial activities in the Orel region is done. In the process of researching the problem of prospects for the development of entrepreneurial activity in the Orel region, methods of logical, statistical, comparative and complex analysis were used.
