PECULIARITIES OF EVALUATING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF LABOR IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

The article emphasizes the role of increasing productivity both at the individual level, at the level of the economy and examines the impact of such factors as the uncertainty in the economy and management decisions, including on productivity. Great attention is paid to the nature of the uncertainty of labor and its evaluation for the purpose of lowering and raising the quality of management decisions. One approach is the Fermi approach (decomposition into components), the use of which allows people who performed calculations to understand the origin of the uncertainty and which variables are characterized by greater uncertainty, to identify the largest source of uncertainty, which will reduce uncertainty when making decisions. The article discusses the specific evaluation of the performance of the physical and intellectual work in the face of economic uncertainty.
