METHODOLOGY OF FORMING THE CONSOLIDATED INDICATOR OF EVALUATION OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article considers financial management as a guarantee of effective work of an economic entity. The authors indicate that the success of commercial work depends on the rational distribution of resources, their competent use, and the strategic planning of the revenue and expenditure budgets. At the same time, the economic essence of any industrial enterprise is always associated with the uncertainty of achieving the final results, respectively, with the risk of losses. It is presented that the intensification of efforts of the financial service of the enterprise in the direction of systematic monitoring of the dynamics of financial results, timely identification of signs of a crisis situation in the company are the most important factors of the economic entity's existence on the market, expansion of its activities and profit. Based on the fundamental concepts presented in the works of foreign and Russian scientists, experts in the field of strategic financial management of organizations, the authors developed methodological recommendations for improving the process of strategic financial management of the organization. The information base of the research was presented by Russian and foreign publications, as well as the results of scientific research carried out by Russian scientific organizations and individual scientists, their own observations and expert surveys. As a result of the research, the authors' approach to the formation of a composite index for assessing the financial condition of an industrial enterprise operating in conditions of instability of the external environment was developed.
