MODERN PROBLEMS OF CIVIL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF TOURIST SERVICES

Abstract

n the article features of legal relations with participation of citizens-consumers in sphere of tourist service are considered. The purpose of the study is to analyze the civil law regulation of the provision of tourist services in Russia and a number of foreign countries. The author analyzes modern Russian legislation, as well as the legislation of a number of foreign countries such as Moldova, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Belarus in the provision of tourist services, such as the mode of travel, the purpose of a tourist trip, the nature of the territory where the journey is taking place, the quality of the attitude to the environment during travel in the direction of travel of the tourist, according to the source of funding at the expense of their own funds and social, by the way the travel is organized. There is an approach in determining tourism not as an exit or a journey, but as a set of relations that arise when a person leaves the normal environment for spending free time, rest, as well as for other purposes not related to obtaining income at the place of temporary stay.
