SOCIAL POTENTIAL OF RESIDENTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMS OF TERRITORIES DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This article presents the results of a sociological analysis of the social potential of residents as an indicator of the development of civic maturity. The authors highlight the following indicators of social problems: low social potential of residents with a high level of education, as well as a rich creative arsenal that generates the inclusion of all age categories in social communications, but at the same time insufficient for willingness to participate in the management of development of the territories. Social technologies require the introduction of innovative mechanisms for involving the population, which in future will be an outpost of transformation of social creative capital from the inert to the productive. The authors proposed the directions of involving the population in the implementation of creative projects for the development and improvement of the territories.
