LICENSING STATE INSTITUTE AS AN OBJECT OF POLITICAL AND LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to definition of the immanence of the legal nature of the norms establishing legal and organizational basis for the registration of production. The correlation between the norms of civil and administrative legislation applied to the institution of state registration is focused on, which continues to be controversial in the science of civil and administrative law. A comparative analysis of the regulation of registration of legal relations arising in the sphere of business and economic and other types of activities is carried out. The authors argue that state registration is an important element of the legal regulation of social relations, combining the interrelated features of the civil legal method (means), the legal form of control and supervision activities and administrative procedure.
