Abstract

At present, in the realities of social Russian reality, an inseparable study of objective and subjective criteria is extremely relevant. As it makes it possible to identify non-consolidated classes and their distribution across different social strata, which demonstrates the stratification composition of modern society and the stratification processes occurring therein more objectively. The article presents the procedure for cluster analysis to identify regional features of the socio-stratification structure of the population. On the basis of objective and subjective identification criteria, namely material, social-professional and self-identification, clusters of the population of the Orel region are differentiated. The social regional structure of the population is presented.
