CONSUMER COOPERATION AS THE BASIS FOR THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF SMALL FORMS OF BUSINESS IN THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE OREL REGION

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the development of the рersonal subsidiary farms, peasant (farmer) economies, agricultural consumer cooperatives. Their main problems are considered. The interaction with the organizations of consumer cooperation is proposed. The international experience of the cooperation and the history of its formation in Orel of the XIX century are shown. The results of the work of the Central Union of Russia and the consumer society "The Union of Orei Region" are analyzed. The activity of 13 agricultural cooperatives created on its basis is estimated for 2006-2016. The issues of state support, problems and perspectives of the development are considered.
