Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the genesis of controlling personnel, its role at the present stage of the evolution process of the personnel management system. The authors give their own interpretation of the notion of controlling personnel; consider the genesis of personnel control and its role in the evolution of the personnel management system. The structural model of the interaction process between the elements of personnel control in the personnel management system is presented, which forms the information base for making qualitative management decisions at the present stage of enterprise development.
