RENEWAL OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC GROWTH: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of restoring socio-economic growth of Russia. The prerequisites for a sharp decline in the Russian economy and its transition to the stage of stagnation in 2013-2014 are revealed, and then to a recession in 2015, accompanied by negative stagflation processes. The author proposes a set of measures to restore economic growth. In particular, stimulation and increase of investment tax-exempt loans within the framework of project financing are presented. Technological update of existing production; creation of new capacities and new enterprises in high-tech industries; creation of modern transport and logistics infrastructure (for example, mass construction of bilateral highways and high-speed railways); it is necessary to double housing construction; to increase investment in the economy of knowledge.
