SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS ON PUBLIC CIVIL SERVICE

Abstract

n the modern conditions of the development of the Russian Federation directed to stabilization of an economic situation and formation of civil society questions of improvement of the mechanism of public administration, increase in level of credibility of citizens are particularly acute enough to quality of work of authorities and to public servants in general. The solution of the matters is impossible without implementation of measures, connected with updating and improvement of institute of public service, and, therefore, introductions of adequate administrative mechanisms. In public authorities there are no approved norms on providing effective interaction of subjects of personnel work, based on the principles of uniform rules and approaches in realization of personnel policy at all levels of management, and also the dynamic approach to resources included in the general control system of public authority. In this regard forecasting of the social consequences made by the management of public authority of the power of administrative decisions becomes urgent and up to date.
