The article is devoted to the problems faced by the post-Soviet states in choosing the direction and implementation of economic integration. Specificity of integration processes in the post-Soviet space is that often political interests prevail over economic ones. The contradictory results of integration demonstrate the incompleteness of the transit period in the development of post-Soviet states. In the CIS countries, politico-economic and socio-cultural processes are developing in different directions. To a large extent, this is facilitated by the active policy of the European Union in the development of its own integrated projects, which include part of the post-Soviet states.Downloads
