Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the quality of the preparation of conclusions on the assessment of the regulatory impact of existing and draft regulatory legal acts affecting business issues. Structural features of the prepared conclusions are revealed, forms of regulation are determined. The authors analyze the completeness of the structural components of the conclusions, identified the problematic points that should be addressed to improve the quality of the ODS procedure of the received documents in order to minimize the administrative and tax burden on small and medium businesses in the region.
