TRANSFORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT CULTURE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR IN TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article describes the main elements of corporate culture; the specifics of modern conditions of transformation of management culture in the public sector are studied. The factors and conditions of development of new culture of development and making management decisions in the activities of public servants are analyzed. The author substantiates the necessity of the transformation of the mentality of officials, changing their work into the format of focusing on results, developing relevant competencies. Directions of development of the programs of training and formation of professional competence of participants in project management in government are summarized.
