COMPETITIVE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AS THE TECHNOLOGY OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERSONNEL POLICY OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological survey of employees and teachers of the branch network of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, who participated and did not participate in the Best Practices Competition of the Presidential Academy. On the basis of the results of multivariate statistical analysis of data: factor and cluster, typological groups are identified in the space of the factor of professional activity and professional self-realization; the description of typological groups from the position of development of human potential is given; some recommendations for the development of the personnel policy of the Academy are singled out.
