METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE YOUTH PROTEST ACTIVITY

Abstract

n the article the analysis of methodological approaches to the analysis of the protest activity of youth is suggested. The features of foreign concepts of social and youth protest are examined, the main directions and schools are revealed; the main domestic theoretical interpretations of the youth protest activity are characterized. The choice of conceptual framework for the study of the phenomenon of youth protest activity determines understanding of the causes, background and dynamics of protest activities, as well as the forms and types of its manifestation. The analysis allowed the authors to make a conclusion that the most appropriate methodological approach to the analysis of the youth protest activities acts as a comprehensive method that combines different directions and schools.
