PUBLIC NATURE OF FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUTH POLICY AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE CIVIL INTERACTION IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the development of civil society in the Russian Federation. The authors define the priorities of cooperation between state and civil society in democratic reforms. As one of the priorities partnership is called in the implementation of public youth policy. Some interpretations of public youth policy by Russian scientists and experts are provided. Its relationship with state youth policy in modern Russia is determined. The subjects of public youth policy are identified. Basic directions of participation of public associations and institutions of civil society in the process of political socialization of the Russian youth are revealed.
