PROSPECTS OF FORMATION OF POSITIVE REPUTATION OF THE REGIONAL POWER: OPINION OF THE POPULATION AND THE POWER (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SMOLENSK REGION)

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of sociological research to identify prospective directions of improving the reputation of the regional power on the example of the Smolensk region. The opinion of the population (in dynamics of several years) and of the power in the face of civil servants of executive authorities of the Smolensk region is discussed. In the correlation of opinions the degree of proximity of the population and civil servants is revealed in the vision of the potential field of application of joint efforts on formation of positive reputation of the regional power. It is concluded that, at a certain difference of emphasis there is a unity in understanding of the fundamental vector of improving the reputation of the regional power by citizens and the authorities.
