MANAGEMENT INTELLECTUALIZATION OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGION

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of regional management, its quality changes due to the dynamics of managed objects, intellectualization, informatization and technology of management relations; the model of purposeful, organizing and regulating influence of the subject (authority) on managed objects is substantiated. The author concludes that sociological monitoring of the governance quality in the region allows to avoid large errors in the socio-economic development of the territory, to find unprofessional staff in time, the emergence of corruption schemes, to analyze factors of social tension in the region. The result of sociological monitoring is the opportunity to assess the social resources of the territory, to capitalize them.
