MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE REGION

Abstract

This article discusses the issues of managing the interaction of subjects of social partnership: government, non-profit, commercial organizations and community groups. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of social partnership as a set of methods and tools, with the help of which the parties achieve partnership. As an example, the development of social partnership in the social sphere is considered a specific region Orel region. The authors see the successful management of the system of social partnership in the region through the construction of effective and efficient scheme of cooperation of government, business and local communities.
